My Story
Welcome to My Adventure
I base my adventures from my home in Scottsdale, Arizona. If you would like to learn an exciting and rewarding sport, lets talk about being a triathlete or marathon runner. Male or female welcome. USAT Level I Triathlon Coach, USMS Masters Swim Coach, USAT Race Director, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Strength Training, Interval, Marathon Certifications.
My Passion for Fitness
I wasn't always an active person. A friend convinced me I could be better so I joined a gym. Once I saw what I could do with a stronger, fitter body, I was hooked. Since that time I completed 2 Ironman 70.3, numerous triathlons, and qualified for nationals twice. I have run 1/2 marathons and Spartan OCR. My passion for fitness is based on a passion for living life to its fullest.
